Frank has a diversified background of over 30 years of tax experience including 10 years with Big 4 accounting firms.   Frank has expertise in all areas of tax compliance including corporate, personal, international, multi-state, company benefit plans and sales tax.  Where Frank adds value is his ability to take complex situations and simplify into creative and practical solutions.

Jack has over 25 years of diversified public and corporate experience including 5 years with one of the Big 4 firms where he was an Audit Manager. Jack is the audit partner and has expertise in 401k, non-profit, construction and homeowner association audits.  He also services many of our tax and accounting clients.  Jack brings an energy level and an attention to detail that surpasses client expectations.
